Meridian ESP Key Features
Meridian ESP provides a range of features to help manage your payroll data and workforce.
Within the self service portal there are four types of users. Each user is defined by their viewing privileges and responsibilities within the portal:
- Employee User can view their personal details and apply for leave
- Manager User can view all the details of their employees, approve leave and update department news
- Meridian ESP Timesheets solution saves time for employees, managers and payroll staff and reduces the human error associated with manual timesheet methods
- Meridian ESP Mobile Web capability offers the ultimate in flexibility for businesses. Employees can access payroll information through mobile web devices such as the iPhone®, Android™ or Blackberry anywhere, anytime
- HR User can view all payroll information for all employees, approve leave, update details and maintain logins and user hierarchy
- Administrator who can customise menu settings and viewing privileges
The Meridian ESP interface is easy to use and navigate through logically structured menus
and icons. The interface can also be customised to suit your branding and corporate
colour scheme.
