Employment Details in Meridian ESP
Within Meridian ESP all employment details are displayed as in the Meridian payroll database. Users can view their own employment information. Manager-level users can view the details of their staff members. HR users can view and update all employees’ details.
Pay details
- Current and previous pay advices
- Current pay rates
- All additions and deductions
- And also pay details, tax details and hours worked
Leave
Full history of leave taken and leave entitlements. The system can be customised so employee users can only view the entitlements of certain leave types.
Superannuation
Superannuation fund details are displayed and superannuation values are available on the employees pay advice.
Company Info
Company information, company and department news and certain policies can be uploaded by the manager and HR users. All employee users can view this information, unless restricted by the administrator.
