Help - Registering for support


Changes to Sage MicrOpay online support logins.

If your were registered for online support on our old site, please be aware that as a result of the upgrade your login details have been changed.

No longer do we use your email address as your login, you will be assigned a unique login. Your password will also be different, but you will be able to update this via the "My Profile" forms available once you have logged in for the first time.

New login details will be sent to you via email mid-April 2010.

If you have not received you login details or have forgotten them, then please follow the instructions below:

 

You may already be registered

If you have ever completed a training course, made a help desk enquiry, worked as a MicrOpay temp or purchased products directly from Sage MicrOpay, then you may already have a login to our website.

To check, simply browse to the login page and click on the “Forgotten Password” Link:

 

And type your Surname and your Email Address:


If you have a registered login and password, then you will receive the following message and your details will be emailed to you:





If you receive the message below, then you are not registered:


Not registered

After you have completed the steps above and you are sure that you are not registered for support, you can be registered in one of two ways:

Web Admin

If someone in your company has a log in to our support section and is registered with “Admin User” permissions, they can add you as an additional contact. That user can tell if they have admin access by viewing their profile and checking if they have a “tick” next to the “Admin User” checkbox, as per below:



Support Desk

If you are unable to contact anyone in your organisation who has Admin User permissions, then please contact us.
