Meridian HR provides the tools to assist with the daily management of OH&S. Details of accidents, incidents and near-misses are stored in the system along with persons involved (employee or non employee), costs, lost time and rehabilitation details.
A complete history of the claim is also stored within the system. Doctors’ reports, photographs, site maps and correspondence can all be assigned to a specified
incident record.
The rehabilitation facility tracks details of the status of the person involved, the next review date, medical certificate and return to work information.
