Meridian HR provides an organisational charting tool that graphically represents the structure of your organisation. The chart is populated through drag-and-drop functionality and employee photographs can be displayed if desired.
When positions become vacant within the organisational chart, they are automatically
captured within Recruitment in order for the position to be filled if appropriate – thus ensuring recruitment lead times are kept to a minimum and the company’s workforce numbers
are optimised.
