Payroll Timesheets in Meridian
Meridian offers three payroll timesheet options to enter transaction data.
Express Timesheet
The Express timesheet is used when employees are paid using a specified number or frequently assigned pay components. Users enter the components via a ‘short-cut’ code, defined by the company, and it ensures rapid data entry. The Express timesheet also
includes the ability to view the pay on screen as it is entered including gross, net and
superannuation calculations.
Extended Timesheet
The Extended timesheet is a detailed transaction import window, designed to show the full the details concerning the employee’s pay being entered. The Extended timesheet includes the ability to view the pay on screen as it is entered including gross, net and superannuation calculations and enables users to review the employee’s main detail record at the same time.
Multi-Employee Timesheet
The Multi-Employee Timesheet facilitates rapid data input of hours worked and additional payments for batch processing. This timesheet entry option enables the user to customise the display of data entry fields to ensure that data input is swift and meets their individual needs.
It is delivered as standard feature within Meridian and as an additional stand-alone module. The stand-alone Multi-Employee Timesheet is designed for remote locations where staff hours and shifts need to be recorded. Once your payroll office receives the Multi-Employee Timesheet, the transactions are imported into Meridian, removing the need for double-handling of information.
