Easy payroll processing with Meridian
Meridian is designed for easy payroll processing. Meridian automates payroll processes, payroll calculations and its logical workflow means that employee records can be set up quickly and maintained with ease. Copy and duplicate function for employee record setup can minimise re-keying data.
When paying wages, the payroll can be processed by company, pay cycle, location, pay class, group or for a single employee. Meridian also supports off-cycle pay runs.
Meridian ensures accuracy. The audit report identifies any anomalies within the payroll process. It lists warning messages or highlights any areas that may need to be checked before the payroll process is completed. The report may highlight, for example, employees not paid in the pay run, or those granted leave in excess of their entitlements.
Most companies utilise the EFT export facility to pay employees. Meridian is compliant with all Australian bank file formats.
