Manager / Employee Self Service (ESS) for Meridian

ESS is an optional web-based application that supplies manager / employee self service capability to the Meridian Payroll system. 

An ESS system will dramatically improve your payroll department’s performance by reducing phone enquiries and replacing paper-based processes and with efficient online data access and web-based forms. It also reconnects employees who are geographically removed from your main operation and staff can log in from home, the office, an internet kiosk or even their phone.

Granting employees access to their own details reduces HR administration costs and improves the accuracy of employee records. Employees can access their personal information and lodge leave applications online. Managers can approve applications, and view employee and company information online.

Meridian ESP

A basic Employee Services Portal for small to medium businesses that wish to streamline their payroll process and require straight forward manager / employee self service capabilities.

ConnX ESP

An advanced system that is highly flexible and scalable. It can be used as a stand-alone ESS, but it also forms the basis of our eHR / HRIS system, as well as the Talent Management solution.
