No limits to the number of records that can be defined in setup of:

  • Databases and companies
  • Employee records
  • User-defined additions and deductions.
  • Leave types and calculations
  • Superannuation funds and calculations.
  • EFT Institutions and banks.
  • Pay classes
  • Calculations, formulas and transaction totals

Limited options and quantities, therefore ranges could not be expanded.

All records have full descriptions.
Much easier to understand and follow.

Most records only have a code for recognition and shortened descriptions and acronyms used throughout..

Unlimited user-defined additional fields.
Ability to create various types of fields including lookup tables, integer, double, date and true/false boxes.

Limited to 7 defined rows.
Cannot hold any more user-defined additional fields.

Ability to load photos for each employee.

Not available.

Ability to use Postal Address for Pay Advices.

Not available.

Additional Leave Schemes included in Employee for:

  • Public Holiday accrual
  • Shift Leave accrual
Only standard leave schemes available.
Module will allow additional leave to display for use.
