What data can be migrated?
Migration involves the export of your payroll data from its current propriety database to a Microsoft® SQL or MSDE database. Sage MicrOpay will provide you with a specially developed automated migration software tool to assist you in the transfer process.
The following data can be transferred:
- Payroll Parameters (Register Maintenance)
- Employee Records (Employee Maintenance)
- Previous Earnings of the Current Financial Year
- Superannuation figures (YTD only)
- Costing figures (YTD only)
- Leave History (dates, hours & reasons for leave taken)
- Rate History
- General Ledger Definitions (if applicable)
