Payslip Options for Outsourced Payroll 

We offer three main ways of supplying your payslips once we have completed the payroll. You can select from the option that suits your business best. 

Printed Payslips

A securely sealed pay advice that is couriered to one or multiple locations. Payslips are printed on our high quality “Micropay Tested & Approved” Pay Advices. 

However, if you’re tired of the last minute rush to get your employees pay advices out on time, we can distribute them on your behalf. Saving you time to focus on more important tasks. 

Email Payslips 

Password Protected PDF pay advices sent directly to your employees’ work email address.  The payslips are securely sent directly from within Meridian. 

This provides your employees with a choice between receiving a paper advice or an email payslip. It also offers an environmentally-friendly, paperless option for companies who are conscious of their carbon footprint. 

Employee Self Service 

Payslips can be delivered online through the Employee Services Portal. This information can be accessed at any time by the authorised employee, via an internet connection. Employees are able to print copies of their payslip from within the system if they so choose. 

The information displayed can include: Current and previous pay advices; Current pay rates; Current leave balances; All additions and deductions; And also pay details, tax details and hours worked.
