Data Care Service

The Data Care service provides automatic online data backup, electronic vaulting and most importantly remote access to payroll software on the Sage MicrOpay Disaster Recovery Server in the event of a disaster.

Sage MicrOpay Data Care Service uses LiveVault InSync^® backup and recovery agent software to fully automate and streamline the protection of and access to your payroll data through the following essential functions: 

• Fully Automated and Continuous Backup – Once LiveVault InSync is configured backups occur automatically and continuously, no manual staff intervention is required.
• Secure Offsite Storage – Data is encrypted and compressed prior to being automatically transmitted to an offsite data storage vault. You set an encryption key password that ensures only you can access your data.
• Quick Recovery From Anywhere – Easy access to payroll software and restore your data from anywhere with an internet connection. Sage MicrOpay will provide you with remote access to our Disaster Recovery server enabling you to access your stored data and run your payroll within minutes.
•  Web-based management - Through a web portal interface, you have point-and-click access to your data - at anytime, from anywhere with an internet connection - for simplified backup and recovery.
   

Disaster Recovery Service

The Disaster Recovery service is provided for clients that maintain their own payroll data back up and storage system and can be readily accessed in the event of a disaster. The Disaster Recovery service provides clients with peace of mind by providing remote access to the Sage MicrOpay Disaster Recovery Server where you will be able to upload your data and run your payroll.
