Sage MicrOpay Refer A Friend Promotion

Refer a friend who works in HR, Payroll or Accounting and we will reward you with a $250 gift card when we place them in a permanent, temporary or contract role.

Information on how to qualify and the rewards form part of these Terms and Conditions . Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions

1. To qualify for a Reward from the Sage MicrOpay Recruitment Refer A Friend promotion a person, “the referrer” must refer a friend who works in HR, Payroll or Accounting, “the referred candidate”. The referrer must obtain the referred candidate’s permission prior to providing the contact details to Sage Micropay and shall indemnify Sage Micropay for any loss or claim arising out of the referrer’s failure to obtain prior permission.
2. Full contact details (full name, contact phone number and email address) of the Referrer must be provided. Sage MicrOpay Recruitment will contact the referrer when the referred candidate is placed into a temporary, permanent or contract role and they are therefore eligible to receive the gift card reward.
3. The Promoter is Micropay Pty Limited (trading as Sage Micropay), a proprietary limited company (ABN 40 071 007 326) with its registered office at Level 2, 67 Albert Avenue, Chatswood, NSW 2067, Australia.
4. Participants must be 18 years of age or over.
5. Permanent Employees of Sage MicrOpay and agencies associated with this promotion (and their immediate families) are ineligible to participate.
6. The reward (”Reward”) is a gift card, with retail value of $250.00.
7. Once a referred candidate is placed into a temporary, permanent or contract role, the referrer can choose from one of the following cards subject to availability: David Jones, Myer, Bunnings, Caltex, BP, Coles, Woolworths, Freedom, Country Road, WISH, Harvey Norman, Rebel Sport, Kmart, Target or BIGW. These companies are not deemed to endorse any products or services offered by Sage Micropay.
8. The gift card rewards available are subject to availability and may change without notice throughout the duration of the promotion. If a preferred reward card is not available, any substitutes offered will be of equal value.
9. The gift card reward is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
10. Once a referred candidate is placed into a temporary, permanent or contract role, the referrer will be notified by e-mail, telephone or in writing after 30 business days. The gift card will be sent to the Referrer
11. The referrer hereby agrees that the Promoter without further compensation may use his or her name and/or likeness for advertising or promotional purposes.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion at any time.
13. All referral information collected as part of the Sage MicrOpay Recruitment Refer A Friend Promotion become the property of Sage MicrOpay Recruitment. All referral information will be entered into a database and Sage MicrOpay Recruitment may use the participants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, unless otherwise advised by the participant in writing.
14. Referrers who refer candidates currently registered with Sage MicrOpay Recruitment will not be eligible to receive a gift card reward.
15. Sage MicrOpay Recruitment cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged gift cards, including those lost in transit.
16. Sage MicrOpay Recruitment is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with accepting any of these Rewards, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17. Sage MicrOpay Recruitment gives no warranty (whether express or implied) whatsoever with respect to Rewards. In particular, Sage MicrOpay Recruitment does not give any warranty with respect to the suitability for any purpose.
18. Any persons taking advantage of this promotion does so on complete acceptance of the terms and conditions that apply.
19. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
