Software Updates

Our clients regularly receive software updates:
- reflecting regulatory, legislative and tax changes; and
- additional software features and functions.
Online Support
Sage MicrOpay Online Support is a 24/7 service offered to all software clients. It is a restricted area on our website which requires a valid login name and password, please visit our Help to Register page if you need assistance.
To log in, simply enter your details in the Support Login box at the top right of this page.
In this section you will find valuable support information including FAQs and software updates.
Meridian clients will have access to e-Knowledge, an online searchable knowledge database using artificial intelligence to return the most relevant answers to your questions. e-Knowledge can also be accessed directly from Meridian.
