Integrated Talent Management
The integrated Talent Management system is comprised of four modules. The Talent Management modules are all underpinned by the powerful foundation of ConnX Roles and Positions, which is supplied standard when any one of the Talent Management modules
are installed.
Roles and Positions module
ConnX Roles and Positions establishes a skills and qualifications framework upon which to base the positions within your business. It supplies all the vital information required for the Integrated Talent Management modules. As well as managing the organisation chart, ConnX Roles and Positions allows you to manage establishment counts, budgeted salary, hours and position history.
The Modules
The full power of the Integrated Talent Management system can be realised with all four modules or they can operate independently. The modules are Performance Reviews, Learning & Education, Workforce Planning and Recruitment.
