ConnX boasts a powerful talent management workflow engine that automates the management processes of your staff, including employee queries, leave requests and forecasting, timesheet submissions, training applications, performance and appraisal reviews, on-boarding and separation, and more. ConnX enables you to tailor these processes according to your business rules and requirements.
Customisable Workflows
ConnX talent management workflow approvals can be defined as serial (one person after the other) or as parallel (sent to more than one person at a time). Workflow recipients can be defined by the organisation structure (implicit) or by employee (explicit), which provides greater flexibility when defining workflow sequences and ensures the correct people review the document in the correct sequence.
Notifications
Once approvals have occurred, notifications can be sent to the employee, or to a predefined distribution list. Approvals are password protected, which are different to the login password, and provides enhanced security.
Tasks and Reminders
A variety of preconfigured tasks are delivered standard with ConnX ESP and these can be customised to your needs. ConnX assists employees with managing conflicting priorities and sends reminders to employees as deadlines approach. The reminders can be triggered at user-defined frequencies.
Messaging
ConnX enables employees to view and send messages to other employees. The system administrator determines whether messages are delivered via email or through the ConnX messages inbox, or both.
Reduced paper usage
By automating a range of business processes, ConnX reduces the need for paper files and forms. ConnX’s workflow engine monitors actionable tasks and requests. It drives online and email notifications, as well as reallocating or escalating tasks ensuring their timely completion and traceability.
