ConnX Learning & Education module assists with planning and managing employee development, as well as create, schedule and enrol employees in training courses. Since ConnX is web-based, employees are able to manage their own training needs via search, request and enrol functionality.
 
It's not only a training record management system, but a full enrolment workflow platform and skills inventory management system. Once a training course is completed successfully, the skills gained during the training are credited to the employee’s record, ensuring your company’s capability framework remains current.
 
ConnX notifies educators, managers and employees of new course availability, course enrolment, scheduling, confirmation and completion of learning. It also cross-checks employee's availability based on work schedules and leave application to reduce
scheduling conflicts.
 
Course waiting lists provide feedback to educators on areas of high demand. It records the waiting duration for a desired course and provides educators with the metrics to make informed and unbiased decisions.
