HR Reporting & Workforce Analytics
ConnX HR Reporting module delivers powerful workforce analytics that enable your management to generate professional reports from the HR database as required.
A set of pre-defined HR reports that provide multi-dimensional analysis of employee data is supplied standard with this module. Many of the reports include graphs and drilldown capabilities together with cross-tab results. HR reports can be emailed or exported to PDF, MS Excel and Word.
The HR reporting module allows for report-specific security and provides the ability to limit who in your company has access to the report and what data they have access to.
The reports range in complexity and type and allow for the addition of custom reports if needed. The collection of standard reports cover:
